Shipping
All products are made to order and will be shipped out 5-6 weeks (regular products), after payment succeeded. You will be notified through e-mail when your order has started being processed.

Please keep in mind that there may be an additional day necessary to further inspect your final garment for any defects / errors / stains before your package gets shipped to you.

Your tracking number will be updated via email 1-2 days after package has been shipped.

Please note that all customers are responsible for any custom fees that may occur.

Returns & Refunds
Because all of my products are made to order, unfortunately, I currently do not accept product returns and refunds. However, I do offer a free alteration service within the first 15 days of receiving your package. All customers are subject to pay for the return fees. Initial shipping fee is non-refundable.
